Zlatan celebrates one million followers on IG
Zlatan Ibile has excitedly celebrated reaching one million followers on social media platform; Instagram.
Popular Nigerian indigenous rapper and rave of the moment; Zlatan Ibile , has taken to his Instagram page to celebrate reaching one million followers on the platform. The rapper who has been in exceptional form since the middle of 2018 has seen his social media fan base increase massively since he became a run-to for some of the stars in the music industry when they are in need of a hit song.
Zlatan who is signed to Alleluyah Boiz Entertainment just recently bought a house and two cars as a reward for his outstanding showing in the music industry. Though we are yet to get a single from the “Zanku” crooner in 2019 yet since he dropped “ Zanku (Leg Work) ” towards the end of 2018, but he’s been an ambassador of “hit” having worked with the Davido and Burna Boy on “ Bum Bum” & “ Killin Dem ” respectively which are doing insane numbers on streams and radio and TV airplay right now.

Wizkid Announces He Will Be Dropping Two Albums In 2019
Wizkid has revealed he has two albums ready for his fans in 2019.
The Starboy has revealed he will be dropping two
albums this year for music fans. He revealed this while he was addressing the press at the press conference for his show in Canada. Wizkid already revealed he will be dropping an album this but little did we know he has plans for two.
Wizkid has been off the music scene since the end of 2018. He announced towards the end of the year that he will be taking a break from all social activities until this current March. March is here though and we are yet to hear anything for the Starboy.
We are however aware that he is currently shooting a video of an incoming song with Larry Gaaga , but fans are not satisfied as they want a single or project of his own which is taking too long.
Wizkid already has three super albums to his name; “ Superstar ”, “ Ayo”, and “Sounds from the other side” and if he eventually drops these two albums, it will make it his fourth and fifth albums respectively.

I think it right to say that Burna Boy is currently the hottest artiste in the Nigerian music industry with the huge success he gathered in 2018. Few days ago YouTube released a short documentary for the King of Afrobeat, Burna Boy about his journey to Spotlight and the International break through.

“Freedom” was said to have been recorded when Burna Boy came back from London in 2010. It was gathered that Burna Boy was arrested by London Police for allegedly being part of a gang who stabbed someone to death, he was tried as a minor and sent to jail. After 11 months, he was released and given two months parole plus community service on the grounds of being of ‘good behaviour’.

Gerard Pique : Messi One of the Biggest Trolls I Know
Barcelona defender Gerard Pique said superstar team-mate Lionel Messi is one of the "biggest trolls" he knows.
Argentina and Barca's all-time leading goalscorer to go with his five Ballons d'Or and other honours, Messi is perceived to be a shy character.
However, Pique – who is often outspoken – made a revelation about the Barcelona captain.
"Messi has very ironic humour, he's one of the biggest trolls [I know]," Pique said on Movistar+ show 'La Resistencia'.
The defender has stepped away from duty with the Spanish national side and has claimed that his time away from La Roja has helped his performances at the club level .
Messi has enjoyed another fine season for La Liga champions Barca as they prepare to return to action following the international break.
'Zidane Never Left Madrid' : Casemiro
Zinedine Zidane "never left" Real Madrid according to Casemiro, who lauded the Frenchman after his reappointment.
Zidane quit Madrid after guiding the European giants to a third successive Champions League title last season, however, he returned this month.
Madrid turned to Zinedine Zidane following the sacking of head coach Santiago Solari amid the club's La Liga struggles and Champions League last-16 exit.
"Our coach is an icon of the club. Not only as a player but also as a coach," Madrid midfielder Casemiro told Marca .
"Zidane has shown that he is more than a coach. For the team, Zidane never left - he left his way of playing. He surely suffered with us at this time and that's why he returned. Zidane hadn't left."
Zinedine Zidane won his first match back prior to the international break – a 2-0 victory over Celta Vigo at the Santiago Bernabeu.
Solskjaer Wants Carrick & Phelan to Stay
Ole Gunnar Solskjaer has no intention of changing his backroom staff after being appointed Manchester United manager on a permanent basis.
Solskjaer retained the services of first-team coaches Michael Carrick and Kieran McKenna following the Portuguese's dismissal and brought back Alex Ferguson's long-time assistant Mike Phelan.
The club has not announced if Michael Carrick, McKenna and Phelan will form part of Ole Gunnar Solskjaer's permanent team, but the Norwegian is in no doubt that he wants them to continue alongside him.
"Mike is a key part of the set-up and they are talking to each other," he told a media conference.
"Of course, I've voiced my opinion and the set-up we have now, I really hope that's going to continue. The staff we have work so well together, which is key to getting results.
"I'm not looking to make any changes there and they've not knocked on my door and said they don't want to continue, so hopefully we'll have the same set."
Higuain Confirms Argentina Retirement
Chelsea striker Gonzalo Higuain has confirmed that he will be no longer available for international selection after being cast out in the wilderness following Argentina's World Cup failure.
Gonzalo Higuain has endured a fractious relationship with the national team in recent years, with costly mistakes in the 2014 World Cup final and 2015 Copa America decider constantly used to question his talents.
His last goal for Argentina came in October 2016, in a World Cup qualifying draw against Peru, and he failed to find the net in Russia as the Albiceleste crashed out in the last 16 to eventual winners France.

CR7 Fitness Uncertain for Ajax Clash
Juventus star Cristiano Ronaldo is set to miss his club's next two games at a minimum with a hamstring injury, with his status for their Champions League quarter-final first leg against Ajax a doubt.
The forward came off with a hamstring problem during Portugal's 1-1 Euro 2020 qualification draw with Serbia on Monday after 30 minutes.
After the draw, Ronaldo downplayed the injury saying: "I'm not worried, because I know my body perfectly."
"It happens, it's football. Who's out there risks it. I'm calm, because I know I'm going to be back well in one or two weeks with no problem."
Cristiano Ronaldo began his treatment on Thursday, undergoing physiotherapy for the injury.
However, the full extent to Cristiano Ronaldo's problem is still not known, leaving his status for Juventus' upcoming matches uncertain as no further tests are planned for Thursday.
Davido Helps Instagram User After CDQ’s Intervention
Davido has decided to help an Instagram user after he expressed an attitude of hypocrisy and a behaviour that could condemn one to doom.
Yesterday, Davido uploaded a video of his studio time and the snippet of his incoming song with American superstars, Timbaland and Ludacris on his Instagram page. After the video was uploaded, lots of comments engulfed the post and even music stars took their time to drop their remarks. While the comments were dropped, a light drama erupted, after popular Yoruba rapper; CDQ, commented under the post writing; “Talent don’t lie.”
After CDQ’s comment, a user tackled the remark saying Davido is not talented, that it’s only money that continues to aid his career.
However, after the user’s comment which Boss Davido eventually saw, the superstar singer then went on to post a chat in which the user who happens to be a video director is seen begging Davido to help him in his cinematography career by signing him to DMW. Not putting into cognizance his shitty attitude, Davido says he will help him still.

BREAKING: Man Utd Appoint Solskjaer as Permanent Manager
Manchester United have announced that current caretaker manager and former striker, Ole Gunnar Solskjær, has been appointed as the club’s full-time manager on a three-year contract.
Solskjær scored 126 goals in 366 appearances for United between 1996 and 2007 and also managed the club’s reserve team until the end of 2010. He was appointed caretaker manager on 19 December 2018 and won his first eight games in charge on the way to an overall record of 14 victories and two draws in 19 games, amassing more Premier League points than any other club during that time.
“From the first day I arrived, I felt at home at this special club,” said Ole Gunnar Solskjær. “This is the job that I always dreamed of doing and I’m beyond excited to have the chance to lead the club long-term and hopefully deliver the continued success that our amazing fans deserve.”

Chelsea Women Reach CL Semifinals
Maren Mjelde's stoppage-time strike ensured Chelsea Women reached the Champions League semi-finals, securing a 3-2 aggregate win over Paris Saint-Germain Women.
Chelsea FC lost 2-1 in the second leg after seeing the two-goal cushion from last Thursday's home tie wiped out in Paris through a strike from Kadidiatou Diani (47) and a disastrous own goal from Ann-Katrin Berger (56).
It appeared Emma Hayes' side would succumb to a PSG onslaught in the French capital, but on an extraordinary night at the Stade Jean Bouin in Paris, Mjelde popped up in stoppage time (90+1) to send the Blues through to face tournament favourites Lyon in the last four.

Ramsey Signing a Coup by Juventus - Baresi
Juventus' signing of Aaron Ramsey has been hailed as a "great coup" by former Italy star Franco Baresi , who doesn't see the Arsenal man having any issues in adapting to life in Italy.
Aaron Ramsey is set to end an 11-year stay with the Gunners and make the switch to the Serie A champions when his contract expires in this summer. The midfielder has agreed a four-year contract with the Italian outfit and will team up with the likes of Cristiano Ronaldo, Paulo Dybala, Giorgio Chiellini and Leonardo Bonucci with the Italian champions.
But with the Serie A side set to pay just €3.7m to register Ramsey, Franco Baresi sees the move as a brilliant one from a club who have dominated the league in recent years.
"I've seen him play. He's obviously a great player," he told the BBC.
"I think Juventus has really landed a great coup there and I'm sure he'll be able to adapt to Italian football."
Franco Baresi, who won six league titles in Italy, was full of praise for Juve's transfer business, but the Milan legend is also hoping their dominance in Italy will not last.

Man Shot Dead While Testing Local Bulletproof Charm In Katsina
It was learnt that Mohammed mistakenly pulled the trigger while attempting to collect the gun from the others, who were testing the efficacy of the bulletproof charm.
A 40-year-old man, Abubakar Hamisu, has died of gunshot wounds he sustained while he and his friends were testing the efficacy of a bulletproof charm.
The deceased’s friend, Rabe Salisu, 35, sustained gunshot injuries in the incident.
The deceased and Salisu are from old Kwari village in the Jibia Local Government Area of Katsina State, where the incident occurred.
The police said the incident occurred on March 16, 2019.
The man, who was alleged to have mistakenly pulled the gun’s trigger, Mani Mohammed, has been arrested by the police and charged to court.
Mohammed, 43, who resides in the same village with the deceased and Salisu, reported himself at the Jibia Police Station on the day that the incident occurred.
It was learnt that Mohammed mistakenly pulled the trigger while attempting to collect the gun from the others, who were testing the efficacy of the bulletproof charm.
The gun reportedly went off, while the pellets hit both the deceased and Salisu.
Hamisu and Salisu were rushed to the General Hospital, Jibia, where the former was certified dead, while the latter was treated and later discharged.
Mohammed was arraigned before a Katsina Senior Magistrates’ Court on Tuesday for causing grievous hurt and culpable homicide.
The police said the offences were contrary to sections 246 and 222 (7) of the Penal Code.
The police prosecutor, Sergeant Lawal Bello, told the court that investigation was still in progress on the case.
The presiding senior magistrate, Hajiya Fadila Dikko, adjourned the case to May 7, 2019, for mention and ruled that Mohammed be remanded in prison custody till then.
